It is to inform you that *Post Graduate Department of Economics*, of Nirmala college is conducting a *Yoga / Meditation Video Making Competition* on the occasion of observing International Yoga Day 2021.

*The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.*

By borrowing this words of Jason Crande, let’s celebrate this year’s Yoga Day.

Instructions  :-

1. Capture a video of Yoga / meditation which is helpful for others,  not excluding 2 minutes.

2. Explanation about the meditation / yoga should be included in the video.

3. Video should be uploaded in the *Google Form* attached with this message

4. Last date of submitting your video is 25th June 2021.
