        Human Resource Management (HRM) is a term used to describe a set of tasks aimed at effectively managing an organization’s employees, commonly known as its human resources or human capital. HRM professionals oversee the business of managing people in an organization which includes compensation, benefits, training and development, staffing, strategic HR management and other functions. HRM is responsible for attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees.

        The scope for MHRM graduate is unparalleled. HR offers a wealth of opportunities within every business sector. It is a competitive industry and an integral part of any successful organisation. Often involved in the execution of significant business change, HR professionals liaise with senior management on a daily basis to co-ordinate their organization’s running. Opportunities now exist to explore HR in every sector imaginable and at many different levels. Responsible for all the functions associated with the staff side of an organisation, HR covers everything from training and recruitment, pensions, compensation, benefits, payroll and redundancy to implementing employment law and relocation packages. Large recruiters usually have large HR departments where responsibilities will be split across several positions.

Eligibility for MHRM
50% marks in aggregate for Arts, Commerce and BBA/ BBM degrees or
55% marks in aggregate for all other degree candidates (B.Sc, BTech/B.E etc.) or
50% marks in aggregate in Master’s degree exam (Aggregate marks includes marks obtained in all subjects
The degree must be recognized by M. G University Final year students may also apply
Candidates belonging to SEBC and OEC will be allowed a concession of 3% and 5% marks respectively in the prescribed minimum marks for admission to the course
